Email Signatures

My concern is regarding email signatures not reflecting which team member is contributing to the conversation *only* when the email has a proposal/invoice attached, despite multiple team members being registered as project collaborators. All other emails display the correct signature when they chime into the conversation. In my opinion, all email correspondences should reflect the person sending the message, regardless whether there is an updated file attached. We often make changes to proposals as planning takes shape which are made by multiple team members who are working with that client. However, confusion is being generated when one member writes an email but the signature appears as the original file creator. This seems unnecessarily complicated and has resulted in us seeming disorganized and unprofessional when sending emails to the client correcting the error. If any other HB users are finding this frustrating I’d appreciate an upvote in the conversation in hopes this programming is changed.
