Is anyone else having an issue with clients recovering their emails through Honeybook? It’s important things like questionnaires and invoices that are getting sent to spam and fine coming from my personal email…

Hi Morgan! In the case that this issue still hasn’t been solved, here are a few suggestions:
1. If possible, you can ask clients to add you to their contacts list
2. Check if you have a custom domain - and if so, go ahead and check that your DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are set up.  There’s a tool in HoneyBook that can check these records for you!

I have the same issue as well as them hitting reply and it I still only get the email back into my regular outlook and it isn’t going into honey book.
