Role I am fulfilling: Admin / Booking Agent
Employee type: 1099
I’m curious, how do you all get concise project information (Not a whole smart file) over to your vendors/team members without pushing them into HoneyBook as a collaborator/team member which is convoluted with a bunch of personal, financial, contract information?
The only way I can see it happening is if you have already taken the time to produce a separate information sheet (Outside of Honey book) you need to take time to create so you may hand to your 1099 vendors to prepare for event work. I created an Idea (change request) and got zero burn from the community so this makes me wonder, what are ya’ll giving your vendors when you are assigning them to provide services for your company?
Any ideas would be super helpful so that I can either a. suggest something to honeyBook the community agrees on, b. continue to rely on outside (of Honey book) tools, or c. change over to a platform like DJ Planning center that does all these basic things and more….
