Enable Multiple bookings for the same time slot?

Great question, while there isn’t a way for all 5 of them to book the same hour with you (e.g. 6-7 pm), you can create a 10-min scheduler session and play with your availability to show during those games. 

I’ve tested how this could work so that only 5 spots show up and the following availability settings seem to work:

Session length: 10 minutes
Availability: start of the hour - 5 mins before the end of the game (otherwise, we get a 6th spot showing)
Custom increments: 10 minutes

 

This is what the parents will see on their end, being able to choose a specific time slot that works for them - or you can use this system for them to book a slot with you for the hour, you can decide how you communicate it to them:

You can also only display scheduler availability for just one game - say the one at 6pm, and then duplicate it, change the time and rename it for the 8pm game.
