I’m moving from the US to the UK and unfortunately sounds like I’ll need to change my CRM. One of the biggest CRMs in the photo world only operates in North America? I’d love to at least see an expansion of time zone selections, but I would rather not have to switch over everything I’ve spent years setting up and perfecting. Plus moving all my projects because I have to move seems exahusting.

I’d love to stay with Honeybook, but it definitely sucks that I will need to find a new CRM because they haven’t expanded their platform to other countries.

@MeghanGibsonPhoto - Hey there! Totally understand your frustration—after investing so much time building out your systems, having to start fresh just because of a move sounds incredibly exhausting.

While HoneyBook is currently only supported in North America (which includes U.S. and Canada-based banking and currency integrations), you can still technically use the platform abroad. Some folks do continue using it internationally by maintaining a U.S.-based business structure or using a VPN, especially if they’re still working with primarily U.S.-based clients. That could be an option depending on how you’re set up legally and financially.

A few things to consider if you go that route:

  • You may need to keep a U.S. bank account linked to HoneyBook for payments.

  • Use a VPN or set your browser settings to reflect your U.S. location, which might help with interface issues like time zone limitations.

  • Adjust your availability and scheduling buffers to accommodate the time zone differences manually (not ideal, but doable!).

I totally agree that broader international functionality—especially for time zones and banking—would be a game-changer. I’d encourage you to submit this as a feature request in the Ideas Portal to keep it on HoneyBook’s radar. You're definitely not alone in this!

Fingers crossed for future expansion!
