I’ve been diving deep into Honeybook and improving my business practices.    As I’m doing so, I’m realizing there are a few features that would be awesome to have in Honeybook to make life simpler.    A chat associate confirmed they do not yet exist and suggested posting them here to gather further group feedback.

  • Condition Logic in Questionnaires -  For example, when lead indicates they heard about me from another client I’d love a box to pop up that can ask them who to thank.   If the lead selected website this box would not pop up because it was not relevant to the lead.
  • Smart Files Accessible Outside of Honeybook -  I’d love to be able to post a proposal/invoice/contract file directly on my website to allow potential clients to book the service immediately.   Currently I use a lead form which adds a whole extra step to the process before I can send this file and it may slow down or eliminate a client moving forward.
  • Multiple Pipelines:   I’d love to use different pipelines for different client experiences.   Currently I think I’ve addressed this with automations, but it would be great to have some different options for truly customizing the pipeline.
  • Folders to Sort Email Templates:  Smart files can be sorted into custom folders for ease of access.    It would be awesome to either be able to sort emails into the same folders or have the ability to create folders to sort emails as well.

Thanks for reading and considering these requests.

Hey @Abbey Butcher! You are not alone my friend. I’m Matthew a brand designer and business coach, and I agree with a lot of your ideas. And the great news is others do, too. I just found a few ideas that folks have submitted that align with yours. Be sure to click into each and upvote/post your comments there so we can get these from ideas to reality!

  1. Conditional logic exists as an idea below

  1. Smart FIles outside of HB: can you tell me more about this? If you’re using a lead form you can always automate to send a contract upon submission. Comment below what you’re thinking so we can talk it through!
  2. Multiple pipelines: you may be excited about what’s coming in the not-so-distant future 😉
  3. Email folders: upvote this one Organizing Email templates here

Again, great ideas! Quick tip, for feature requests, make sure you select ideas vs. question when posting to the community, that way folks like me can upvote them!
