Can we give contact forms an option to be filled out by HB user instead of client?
I have a contact form that I may not always want to be filled out by the client yet it still needs to be in the file. I would like to able to complete form myself.
It depends on if I go to a client or if they come to me, my workflow is different.
+1This would be a plus for me too! I usually have to do a video meeting/session to walk through quotes and proposals with my older clients, and it’d be great to help by filling in their responses for them. Right now, I have to show them how to navigate and where to find things, then hope they remember when we exit the video meeting...which sometimes doesn’t happen.

This is a feature that is currently available for smart files. You can build your contact form as a smart file and input answers on behalf of your clients. Here is a help center article on exactly how to do this :)
