I have Google Drive integrated with Zapier, but am wondering if there is a way for clients to view their Drive folder when they are in their Honeybook account? We upload everything in Google Drive and am trying to have one place for the clients to see everything.

Hey @Colleen Sturdevan! HB Pro Matthew here. As of right now this is not yet possible. You could create custom fields and once the Google Drive folder is created > paste it into the field within Details so clients can access. Only problem is right now that wouldn’t be clickable—they would have to copy and paste it into a window. I’ve always wanted this “easy to access external link” feature and just mentioned it to the team. You can consider adding it to the Ideas so others can upvote, too!

Thank you Matthew!

Also, a little birdie told me we may have clickable link fields in the future… so there’s that! 😉

Hey @Colleen Sturdevan , I do this with my clients too!! With the new Notes feature, I create 1 note that is shared with the client (click the eyeball icon).

I call it Quick Links, or you could call it Client Links or Bookmarks

Then in the note itself, I include links to their Google drive folder, their process map, and their Slack Channel.

Then they can access the Note from their Client Portal in Honeybook. (As soon as clients sign, I send them an email with a Google doc that explains how to access the client portal and what they can find there.)

Hope this helps!
