Help client needs to update there Credit Card

Hello a client of mine recently got hacked and now they got a new card issued to them. They already paid 2/3rds of the invoice with the previous card. There payment is coming up and they want to update it. It was set on autopay. How can this be fixed?

Hey Errole! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. That sucks that you’re client is going through that! Here’s how they can update their card:

  1. They need to first turn off autopay. This must be done before they can update their card details. Send this article on how they can turn off autopay over to them so they can get that turned off.
    • It sounds like their next payment will be their last on the invoice. If that isn’t the case, they can turn autopay back on when they make that next payment.
  2. From there, they’ll update the card details from their client portal. Send them this article on how to edit their card details so they can get the new card entered.
