HELP please! With the new email feature email responses are not showing up in Honeybook!

I'm really excited about the new feature that lets me choose who I want to email!

However, there's a significant issue!!!

When my client replies to my email, their response isn't showing up in Honey Book. This is quite a problem for me since I rely on Honey Book to keep all my communications organized in one spot.

 

Please FIX as soon as possible. It started right after this new feature.

Me again, hi! A fix was uploaded this morning so as of earlier today, all your emails should now be syncing! Please let us know if you spot missing ones again. 

The team is also working on restoring those messages that were initially missing back into the activity feed so stay tuned for that :)

Hey @Ally! So sorry this is happening! 

Could you please create a test project with me as the client (monica.rodriguez@honeybook.com) so we can see if we can replicate the behavior? We can send some emails back and forth and see what happens! From there the team can look into it a bit more and see what is going on!

@Ally I’m so glad you brought this up. Mine is doing the same thing and I thought it was something I was doing!

Our dev wizard @sandy, found the source of the issue! The team is working on a fix now and should have something deployed tomorrow! I’ll keep the two of you updated (@Julia Spears & @Ally)!

Hi folks! Thanks for your patience. I just touched base with the team and they are still working on a fix 😵
Turns out, the issue was a little deeper than we initially thought and is taking some more troubleshooting and maneuvering than anticipated but never fear - they’ll figure it out and we’ll get those emails into your feed.

@Monica R Hello,

Can you please help me? I am still seeing emails missing. The one email we tested with still does not show in Honeybook.  Plus and I am still seeing emails not come into the project. Vendor Workspaces.

Hi @Monica R, I have missing emails as well, from an email thread started in Honeybook September 26 (last Thursday, so after the most recent fix was pushed).

Hey Lydia! Thanks for flagging as well. Can you shoot me an email at monica.rodriguez@honeybook.com with the projects that this happened in as well, the email addresses of the missing emails, and screenshots of the emails showing up in your actual email account?
