Hello ! Good morning … I’m sorry to bother so early .. however I am unsure what to do. I have a client that has paid for my services and I am unable to access the money that she sent me to start making her centerpieces. Can u direct me where do I go to retrieve the money! T

    Hi @Liz Me-shell have you set up your bank to receive payment? If you haven’t, here’s a helpful article from the help center to get you started. If you already have your account set up to receive payments, do keep in mind that payments coming through by ACH/bank transfers do take longer to process than credit card payments.
