Help with setup for a social media manager

Hello all! #longpost warning. Can someone help break my brain with this please? I do SM Mgmt Services and I need help with suggestions on outlining this. I have 2 “roadways” where I have one path for clients that I create posts for who self post the content themselves-and a second path for clients that I have to manually post their content to their social media accounts every month. On new clients, when setting them up I immediately need to know that first due to back end work. That’s pathway A and B. Then I have 3 packages-Package 1, 2 and 3. From there I also offer each package with one optional upgrade. 1a. 2a. 3a. (With the letter ‘A’ representing the optional upgrade) I am super lost on how to set up the Projects and project types and what will be the Project Type vs Project Details. I want to obviously automate this but having the clients choose a drop down may be confusing to clients so my ultimate goal is to set these up where I have it structured in projects automatically. Any suggestions please and thank you for any help.
