Help with the autoresponders not Blasting Honeybook Branding.

Can someone please help me. I just took a look at the email that was sent out and maybe I am just seeing this on my end since I let auto responders be a thing recently. IS THIS ALWAYS THE CASE? The follow-ups it sends clients is all embarrassingly and grossly blasted with the Honeybook branding. How do I fix this…...😞 I put in the screen shot of the bottom of my email showing what I am talking about. ALSO bonus how do I get rid of the dumb logo it puts in the intro to these auto emails - no one or real person sends messages like that feels so lame.

Clients are not supposed to see HoneyBook’s logo in the emails they receive - is this an email that was sent to you? or to your client?

@AviaE Looks like it’s the thread with my clients? Not sure if it’s only on my end in my gmail. I saw this in my gmail that was populated by honeybook after it sent out so seems official enough. I have other softwares that send me admin things only I see this one actually looks like this to the client though. 

@Diana - The Finer Points I have the really OLD plan that’s $9 grandfathered in at the moment. Basically gives my the max plan minus the team features.

Any ideas why HB branding is all over my automation and sends, thinking of switching to hubspot fully now that that sales priced dropped to $100 month and so the sequences actually work seeing as they have custom fields, products and product costing as well as so much more. Kinda sick of things just not working right here. Brochures are beautiful but not enough to keep this alone been a member for years just kinda sad that I keep finding really annoying things pop up like this. ANy help would be appreciated
