Honeybook to Zapier to Google Forms Help

I’m very new to Zapier, a fellow wedding vendor put me on to it for tracking my booking rate as I need to compare “proposal sent” to “contract signed” She sent me a copy of her amazing spreadsheet that will do all the math for me, I just need to set the zaps to get the info to it.

 

I have a zap set for creating a new line when I get a new inquiry in Honeybook. That one I figured out.

 

But how do I create a zap to update that line as a client moves through the process/automation?

 

Example - inquiry gets their basic info, but then a form is sent that gathers how they found me, and more details (I mostly want to track the how found) Then when I send the proposal/quote I’d like that tracked in the Google Sheet as well, but same line for the same client. And then finally when they sign the contract & pay the deposit.

 

I’ve googled but I’m not finding what I need help with. Anybody??

      Hey ​@Kellie Barclay I definitely understand how frustrating this can be. Although you may be new to Zapier, you’re not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately, there currently isn’t a trigger to pull that information into the Google sheet for you. Out of curiosity, what CRM is your friend using?

      Also, have you looked at Honeybook reports? They can compare files sent vs files booked. It can also provide reports on leads (where someone found you). I added that question to my initial inquiry form so I can then run HB reports on it. Please let me know if I can show you where to find these reports.

      thanks for the feedback. I can get new inquiries into a sheet using a zap, but have since discovered I can’t zap “new” info to the same client line. I don’t want to add all that to my inquiry form as my questionnaire acts as the “consultation” and is more in depth than an inquiry form should be.

      She’s using Dubsado and can’t do that either.

       

      I have looked at Honeybook reports. They are exactly why I need the zap/google sheet. The “booking rate” report is not accurate. I want to be able to customize an HB report so I can compare Proposal Sent to Contract Signed/Deposit Paid. Right now, the only report that does this compares contract sent and contract signed. If I’m sending a contract? They are 100% booking. I don’t send a contract unless they are confirmed. So according to Honeybook my booking rate is 100%. I know it isn’t.
