I’m very new to Zapier, a fellow wedding vendor put me on to it for tracking my booking rate as I need to compare “proposal sent” to “contract signed” She sent me a copy of her amazing spreadsheet that will do all the math for me, I just need to set the zaps to get the info to it.
I have a zap set for creating a new line when I get a new inquiry in Honeybook. That one I figured out.
But how do I create a zap to update that line as a client moves through the process/automation?
Example - inquiry gets their basic info, but then a form is sent that gathers how they found me, and more details (I mostly want to track the how found) Then when I send the proposal/quote I’d like that tracked in the Google Sheet as well, but same line for the same client. And then finally when they sign the contract & pay the deposit.
I’ve googled but I’m not finding what I need help with. Anybody??
