Hi!

I wanted to know if it is possible to export the “Event Type” from an Inquiry if the event type is not asked in the Contact Form. I currently have a contact form set up for each of my event type possibilities so I don’t have to ask the client to select that. The event type is set as the project is created, and is correct in HoneyBook. I have Honeybook export the data to Google Sheets and add a row to my tracking sheet. It populates most of the fields correctly, but always places “Wedding” as the event type no matter if the Wedding, Corporate, Sweet 16, or Quinceanera form is completed from the website. I hope that makes sense…if not, I can clarify further.

 

Additionally, I’m trying to figure out some of the mystical fields that are created during the HoneyBook Inquiry. Is there a difference between Custom 3 and Workspace Custom 3? Can I get a list of Custom fields to figure out which one is which? What kind of field looks like 634 Dc 82949 Edc 91 E 2 Ad 67486?
