How can automations only trigger if the project is booked?

I would love to assign my automation pipeline to a contact form - because well… that makes it more automated.

 

I am an event venue.  Currently - I cannot do assign the automation to my contact form because many people that fill out contact forms, I don’t book - because I already have the date booked.  And if I dont archive them quick enough, it will send emails I dont want to send.

 

With the new automation changes that rolled out, is there a way to do this?

I would need to see what steps you have in the automation to fully answer this, but can you use the trigger after payment has been made?
