how can my client sign her contract?

I have send a contract to one of my client and she’s having a problem with signing her contract. On the signature of hard, she is willing to write her name, but there is no button to submit her signature. I’ve tried to delete the project and create a new contract, entered all the details and all she required to do is to sign that, but she still can’t.

But what I mean is… sometimes, they open it in a chrome that doesn’t align with the email address you’re using. So HB detects that it’s not the “correct” person to get a signature

    Is the email she’s using to open the file with the same as the email you’re sending it to? It will not let her sign if the email addresses do not align

    It’s same email address cuz I’m emailing her through the honeybook.
