I am trying to disable credit card payments on some invoices (but not all). Is there a way to do this on an invoice-by-invoice basis?

on the payments page, click on the margin to the right of the cc box and you’ll be able to remove the ability for cc payments for each invoice you want that for.

Thank you. It appears there’s no way to untoggle the CC option. Not sure why… any idea? I’ll try to screen grab.

Is this a lead form or are you in Canada?

ah okay that makes a lot more sense. Because HoneyBook doesn’t offer Bank Transfer as a payment option in Canada, you MUST have a form of payment in the invoice/payment pages. So that’s why you can’t turn off the CC on that page.

As a Canadian, 100% of my sales are etransfer, and have been for years.

If you could build an option like Pixieset where they have the additional button option to collect a manual payment and not automatically force someone to give their credit card this would be useful.

It is very clunky to have to separately email my client and send them my own invoices outside of HB because I do not want to take automatically credit card payments

I agree with @Elaine Gan. There should be an option to take manual payments and add the ability to add the e-transfer information right on the Payments page like Pixieset does. Locking customers to pay only via credit cards is highly restricting.

Hello @Amy Jakubaitis@Diana - The Finer Points is correct that the reason you’re not able to disable this is because Credit Card payments is the only option currently available in Canada. If you’re receiving payments outside of HoneyBook that you want to track within HoneyBook, you can still manually mark those as paid. Check out this Help Article for more details:
