Hi everyone, does anyone know how to contact Honeybook support directly?
I'm experiencing some technical issues and could use their help. For instance, when a client enters info in a questionnaire and moves to the next field, the text in the previous field randomly changes. For drop down dates the date randomly changes as well.
Also, in the Action Summary page of a proposal that includes selected services, contract, invoice, and payment pages:
- The 'View Summary' under Service Selection doesn't reflect the correct services information, though the Payment Schedule is accurate.
- The 'View Contract' shows the correct Services selected, but the Payment Schedule doesn't appear at all in the smart field.
This wasn’t a problem until recently and I've been using the same template. Any guidance on how to resolve these or how to reach support would be greatly appreciated!
