How do I get Tech Support? I have several issues within my account and can't get resolution

Wondering how I can get help - over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed several of my automations have changed/broken, AI has taken over in places I didn’t want it to, and now my projects aren’t moving through the right “steps.” Emails are no longer formatting correctly, lots of issues. Is there a way to talk to someone about this? Articles aren’t cutting it.
