So, recently HB released the ability to adjust which members of a project emails are going to when you send a file or a message from the main project. Amazing! We definitely needed that.
Now, with Automations 2.0, I’m wondering if any file that is in an automation, or any email message sent by an automation is going to all the clients and vendors on a project? It doesn’t seem as if there is any way to define recipients for the steps. Is that a change that is planned?
If we can’t specify recipients, I may be at a point where I take planners off my projects again to make sure they aren’t getting bogged down with the over communication like they were before.
Anyone have any different solutions?
