How do you account for multiple services on your calendar?

We have (3) services we are selling: a trailer photo booth, an open air photo booth, and an audio guestbook. All items can be booked all at once by one individual, or separately by three individuals. How do we keep track of them being booked and differentiate which products are available on which dates?

Hi @TheSnapWagon!

While there isn’t a direct functionality that supports that, I have a workaround for you:
1. Create team members for the 3 different services you offer (1 team member = 1 service)
2. Connect their availability to respective scheduler sessions

This way, your clients will see service availability the way you’d like them to - as the scheduler will source it from separate team member calendars.

I hope this helps!

Hi @Masha Z

Thanks for the suggestion.

What if you have 2 printer photo booths (same service and setup) and 2 digital booths (same service and setup) -- all 4 can be booked in one single day. Is there any work around in the calendar for QTY for rental companies to book multiple items in one day?

We would absolutely love to figure this out and automate if possible!

Thanks!

Sarah
