How Many Workflows and Automations Can an Account Have?

I’m trying to understand if we can have more than 1 workflow for our setup and more than 1 automation for our setup and account?

We’re being told by the contractor that we can’t.  And that just doesn’t make any sense!

I’m not quite sure I understand your question, but I want to make sure we’re getting this resolved for you! Could you let me know a bit more about the ideal state - what would these workflows and automations look like?

In the meantime, I’ll share our helpful automations set-up guide - it’s HERE. Automations allow you to automate tasks in your projects’ lifecycles, sending out emails or files, creating tasks or changing a project’s pipeline stage, at the cadence of your choice. Each project can have only one automation assigned to it at a time, and you can either manually assign an automation or assign it automatically once your contact form or lead form is submitted. That said, you can create as many automation templates as you’d like.
