How to add a team member to a project without them having access to it

I’m a bridal hair and makeup service company - I want to add a team member to a project so I can clearly see who’s assigned to it, but not allow them to have access to it. It’s essentially just adding their name as another header when looking at the project overview, so I don’t have to click on each project and look at the notes to see which artist is assigned to the booking. Is there any way to do this???
