How to Automate a workflow if client did not complete the initial contact form embed on website

My website builder person doesn't know how to embed the HB link on my contact website page (Snapps platform)…. Which Im realizing is causing me alot of manual work and excessive time. That is the first problem……which I planned to figure out ASAP!

In the meantime, not all my clients fill out the form.  If they call, text, email or meet in me in person, then I am writing all this info down and then going into HB to create a project manually. Then I choose one of the smart file, contract, invoice templates I have already created and I edit to fit client’s specific request. Then I hit the send button.

Is there a way I can automate this process once I send out the 1st email even though it was not triggered by the automated contact form?  I still have a workflow with several task that still needs to take place after I send that initial email.

Hi Kehaulani! Once you create the client’s project manually, you can go into their project page and scroll down a bit, and on the right side of the screen you should see a grey button that says “automation” with a + sign next to it. You will click the + and then add whichever automation that you would like to your project. Hope that helps!
