How to best set up the registration for a multi-participant event?

I'm hosting a photography workshop and want to know how to best set up the registration? I need to collect money, have a signed agreement, and have about 12 participants. What is the best way to set this up in HB?

Great question! What I would recommend is to create a lead form that collects the participants’ details and then connecting an automation to the lead form, to automate the send of a contract & invoice as soon as the lead form is submitted - to save their spot. 

The only thing that this flow won’t do is automatically count down the number of spots left - or close registrations when you’ve filled the 12th spot. So I’d recommend watching it from that perspective and maybe updating a countdown number of spots on your lead form/communication before they sign the contract to create urgency.

I was able to do that quite easily once you commented with those steps. Otherwise, I was doing something completely different and more time consuming.
