You can change your portal domain in your company settings.

You can customize the one with HB’s domain, meaning it would have the hbportal.co in it or you can create a subdomain and connect your portal to that subdomain.

For example, my domain is graceandflowsystems.com. I created a subdomain of clientportal.graceandflowsystems.com and connected my HB portal to this subdomain in the settings of my HB account. The way this is done will vary based on where you bought your domain from. Here is HB’s help article on how to do this.
