How to edit email address on second brand

I have created a 2nd brand/company from my main one. My second one, is still reflecting my main company email when sending invoices. I have added the correct email for my new company in the company settings but the correct email is not showing up on the invoices when I print them.

Is it that when you send a client an invoice, the email it is sent from is your main company brand’s email? 

Do you have an email address integrated in your 2nd brand? I believe if you integrate an email, it will send from that one. Will you let me know if that works?
