I switched over from vcita and I always received a notification of a meeting 10m prior to it starting so that I would actually know it existed and was able to make it on time. With honeybook, I have to go in and literally check every hour or so and I end up missing them left and right.
how do I create meeting notifications when the meetings are added to my calendar?
+9It’s in your Google settings - you can set meeting reminders per calendar.
ty i will look into this. However, it does say on the scheduler that I will receive email and sms reminders 10m prior and I have not received antyhing
+9that’s for your client. YOUR settings are in your Google Calendar settings :)
I think you are correct Kristin. You are supposed to receive the SMS and email reminders when you check that box to also have them sent to you. I always keep a “Test User” project so I can troubleshoot settings and play with the setup until I can get it to work for me. If all else fails I send a message to Honeybook for their assistance. I hope that helps. 😊 I have missed several meetings because I did not get a notification and it is not a good look.
