Hey, it appears I now have to add inquiries email into the recipient field where as I used to just hit reply and it automatically go to them. I would like to not have to do this additional step. I was told from messaging with someone at HB that I needed to post here and asked to be removed from the current testing.

Hey Traci! Thanks for flagging. I’ve asked the engineers to remove you from the feature beta. They’ll update here when that is complete :)

Update: The feature has been removed!

I have this issue too—just noticed it yesterday. I’m fine to stay in testing though 😝

Hey @Traci Edwards one more question before you go :)

1) Currently we do have an open bug (actively working on a fix) where when responding to an incoming inquiry from specifically the contact form, it will show an empty recipient list.

2) We previous fixed the behavior that automations show an empty recipient list.

We just want to confirm that what you experienced was the first instance and not the second, is that correct?

Hey Monica, I experience this issue every time I am answering an inquiry and randomly when writing an email to an existing client.
