How to reactivate a completed questionnaire?

Hey friends, I have a client that was completing a questionnaire and mistakenly marked it as complete before they actually completed the document.  I’m trying to mark it as in progress so they can keep editing the file but I can’t seem to find a way to do so.  I have found a resource that simply says select the gear icon, select “Reactivate File” and then select Save.  The problem is when I select the gear icon there is no option to “reactivate file” so I’m stuck.  Has anyone figured this out and I’m just clicking on the wrong gear icon or something?  Any help would be appreciated!

Can you “edit file”? If you can, then enter a space somewhere in the smart file to make it think you made a change and resend it to your client. Might work as a workaround?

It looked like that worked.  I added a fake question spot and marked it as required (along with marking some other incomplete questions as require) and it kicked it back to “in progress”.  Thanks Diana!
