Just to brief everyone, I’m a wedding DJ company that offers packages and amenities, and needing help gathering ideas to understand how I can set up automations for my workflow.
My Booking process is as follows. I get an inquiry from my website, I would like for them to automatically get an automation to my meetings scheduler, from there, I have a meeting with a potential client and show them my presentation. Would it be more beneficial to send them my packages with pricing before they get the meeting scheduler automation so they know upfront?
After they book, I send over my planning questionnaire, then after that I do their event.
Does anyone have a similar workflow? I’ve had my HoneyBook since 2020 and I’m still struggling! Any help would be super appreciated.
