In iCal, the notes section shows a bunch of HTML code along with the link to the newly created project, project name, and about the project. It’s very confusing and was wondering if there’s a fix for this? I’ve already reached out via the chat and nobody was able to help.

Hey @Shaun Jay! This will happen if you try to edit your event outside of HoneyBook. iCal does not support HTML in this way.

Understood. I’m not trying to edit anything outside of Honeybook though….That’s the problem. The calendar is syncing to Honeybook that way from the start. What I’m trying to say is, an inquiry comes in, my google calendar is synced to honey book and links to my iCal. Honeybook automatically adds the calendar event and that’s how it shows up with the weird code in iCal from the start before I try to edit anything.

Maybe you’re saying that Honeybook integrates with Google Cal perfectly fine but anything outside of that (like iCal that syncs with Google Cal) doesn’t?

Oooh, interesting! If you’re not editing the HB event, it should look fine in iCal...I’ll have my team investigate more!
