Question

If you take discovery calls, how do you guys handle calendar availability?

The “all or nothing” scheduler is killing me! I don’t want new projects booked while my schedule is blocked off by a project, but I do need to be able to take new discovery calls to line up my next project.

However, if I block off my calendar for one thing, it’s always blocked. Any workarounds you guys have found for this?

Hi There!

If you go to edit a scheudler, do you see this option under “Availability”?

Here is what it looks like under Availability

@Ashley Rufino I do! How have you been using it?

Do you just “override” long periods of time as a workaround?

A little more info (if it helps), I have long projects. So let’s say a project marks my calendar as “busy” for the  month of Feb, I’d like this one type of appointment to ignore that so that I can still take discovery calls during February without interruption.

@Lexicon Copy Co. , you can select multiple days at once and override the availability :)
