Hi!
I send detailed email notes to many of my long-term clients after each session, in addition to invoices and meeting reminders. However, finding past communication within a client's project can be challenging. I often have to scroll through numerous past invoices and other activity to locate the last email I sent.
It would be super helpful if client communication within the portal was treated more like an email thread, with a SEPARATE TAB or section dedicated to just all email exchanges with a specific client.
Furthermore, it would significantly enhance workflow if I could easily respond to a specific past email within the portal itself. Currently, I have to navigate back to my Gmail to respond to older emails within a project, which defeats the purpose of having all client communication centralized in HB.
I hope to see these enhancements which would streamline client communication workflows.
