Incorrect email showing at signature line of contract

I have two businesses. One is a Photography business that I originally set up with HoneyBook. The second is a secondary business which is for event planning. When I send contracts from the secondary event planning business, the signature line of the contract includes my photography biz email. This looks unprofessional and is confusing to clients. They are signing a contract for event coordination but they see photography under my signature. HELP! I messaged with the chat bot (didn’t help) and then chose to talk to a real person (very nice by the way) who did some research and found out there is no way to change this email because it is my main log in for HoneyBook. So now, I have to change my log in email every time I want to send a contract and I am constantly sending contracts from each account. One suggestions was to edit the email in the signature line before signing. I tried that. It looked like it worked but when I opened the file to check on the change, it had reverted back to the incorrect photography email. If I’m working under a different business name/sub-account, I should be able to choose what email is in my signature line. Please remedy this ASAP. I can’t be the only person running into this.

I just posted a similar concern. It makes no sense that the email signatures aren’t optional. I have multiple team members that collaborate on projects, but if they send an updated file it appears with the incorrect email signature which generates a lot of confusion and makes us look disorganized and unprofessional. I’ve brought this to the attention of a HB rep and really hope they amend this.
