Maybe I'm just being dumb, but I can't figure out how to insert an image in a message I'm sending in HoneyBook. What am I missing? It seems like something you should be able to do.

Hey Everyone - It’s not a perfect solution but you are able to type our your email and insert images into a google doc and copy that into your email message. The images copy over! Hope that helps!

Hey Danieka! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. Are you trying to send an email through HoneyBook? If so, here’s how to add attachments to an email. If not, can you send a screenshot of where you’re trying to send a message?

Hi Justin,

Thanks for the reply! Attachments are helpful, but when planning and collaborating, it's often more effective to insert images directly into the message. This way, we can discuss specific aspects of the images more easily. Referring to multiple attachments can get tedious.

Does that make sense? On the community platform, we can attach files and insert images within messages or posts. Why isn't this feature available in messages to clients and collaborators?

Thanks!

I second on this. Even worse,  I’ve been around since we COULD do. I have an template with embedded images and it always catches my potential client’s eye. Bring it back please!

Hi all! I’m also wishing to insert images or embeds into HoneyBook messages (the code block is not showing the embed, but only showing code). @justinmallette Did this get answered or ticketed? Thanks for the help!

Also wondering why this isn’t a feature yet? Being able to insert images into body text of an email is so key!

Hey Danieka! Checking to see you saw @Alicia Bauer’s wonderful workaround. You could also submit an idea to the community so we can all upvote it!
