My client wants to pay with a check so I don’t want to send him the payment screen. How do I disable that without losing the invoice?

Unfortunately, if you have an invoice page, you must also have a payment page. So you’ll want to make sure the payment page is the last page of the smart file you’re sending since your client won’t be able to move past the payment page without submitting a payment. Just let your client know they don’t need to submit payment and they are done cone they get to that page. You’ll then be able to go back into the smart file and mark the invoice as paid with a check.

As a workaround for this, I create my invoices in Canva and upload them into my smart files instead of using HoneyBook’s invoicing, so a payment page isn’t created.

@Nadira Bostic That’s a clever workaround!

@Nadira Bostic does this still show in your “upcoming payments” somehow? I would like to get nan idea of how much money I’ve made and will make, without paying processing fees.
