Invoicing Business with multiple clients

Hello! I have a life coaching company that I bill hourly...typically more like a therapist format. I not only work with individuals, but I’m contracted by businesses where they pay for their own employees to see me.

My question is, what is the best way to set-up multiple clients under one company? How do I handle the invoicing of those clients to that company?

Thanks!

I have the same question.

Hi there! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. I’d love to hear more about this: is it that you want to have one project to manage your contract with the client business, but want to also track when individuals from that company set up time with you, or something else?

If I’m understanding properly, you might benefit from either using the time tracker since you can create billable hours from this (when can be pulled into the same invoice and sent over). You can then set up a session scheduler, then have the business share the scheduler’s link with the employees to have the sessions tracked in HoneyBook.

Let me know if you give this a try or if this doesn’t quite get you everything you need!

I am not sure this is accurtate.

I work for two different counties; they send me the referrals and I bill the county monthly. They get one invoice with the work broke out by clients. While I would love to have an invoice that works for me, at the very least, I need to go into the time tracker and pull up county A the dates, and then list the clients I have tagged for that county.

For an invoice- Billing would get an invoice with just client initals. My contact in the agency needs a list of the clients names and hours worked with them for their tracking purposes. Can you help me with that?
