Is there a way to limit the total amount of clients taken on per week or month?

Hello! I switched from a previous CRM that allowed you to limit bookings by the week or month and was wondering if that was possible for HB? So say, I only want to take on a max of three jobs per week- once that was hit the rest of my calendar for that week would be blocked off.

I do know I can take days off my availability but that's not really the direction id like to go as I am okay working any day but just want to find more of a work life balance by accepting X amount of jobs per week. I also have a hard time saying no so having it blocked off for me was a heaven send!

Hi Eryn,There is a way to add hourly buffers to your time and minimum notice for someone booking a session, so technically you could add a buffer of 24 hours which would block off the whole next day or previous day depending on the increments of your sessions. However, the other option is what you mentioned which is choosing the days that you want to work every week and using the scheduler to create those blocks.On a side note, It might be liberating to know you only take sessions on those days, and have other days to do administrative/business tasks. It also could be a way to market to your ideal client that you do your work with clients on certain days of the week.Emilywoodallcreative.co
