Issue with rescheduling in Honeybook

I had two people attempt to reschedule a meeting with me today, and instead of them being able to do it directly, I got an email saying “reschedule attempt” and manually had to reschedule them.

 

This defeats the purpose of using a scheduler, as I like to be removed from scheduling, rescheduling, checking availability, discussing timezone etc conversations. Is this a new update, and if so, is there some way to setup my account to ensure that people can reschedule on their own with no interaction from me?
