Keeping a scheduled time 'free'

Has anyone found a workaround, so that more than one person can book a time on my scheduler? Even better if I can limit the number of people who are able to book, so that, for example, a group of five is allowed to book, but then the time shows as unavailable. Thanks!

I’m wanting to do something similar! Hopefully someone will have an answer for us!

Hi @Kirsten Tolley and @BrittanyBelcher

At the moment, it’s not possible - only one person can book a session with you at a time and there isn’t a way to switch your availability to “available”. However, as a workaround, you can then add more people to the same calendar event after it has been created.

I understand that it’s not what you’re looking for, so what I’d suggest is for one of you to post this in the Feature Requests section of the community and for the other to upvote it. Our product team is constantly monitoring that space!
