Lead Form with 2+ services

Can you have one Lead form for two separate service offerings and then have the automation work to send the specific emails, files, projects, etc. to whichever service they chose?  Or do I need to have a lead form for each service?

So, you CAN have multiple services on a lead form, but automations are not yet conditional. 

 

However, it is a feature they're working on for the roadmap! Check it out under feature requests.
