What is the difference between a lead form vs a contact form? I’m just now digging into these and would love to find the best way to create forms! Currently, i have contact forms embeded into my site for mini’s and then send out an automation for them to book themselves but its looking like i might benefit from having them as lead forms. Next question, is there a way to convert my current contact forms into lead forms instead?!

I use lead forms for my mini sessions and love it! My clients pay their retainer payment, sign their contract, and book their session date/time through the lead form, and once that’s completed, I have an automation that triggers to send them a booking confirmation email, and an invoice for the remaining balance, which is due the date of their session.

Think of Lead Forms as “quick sells”. You use it for quick sales that will convert - paid in full via CC or as a version of the contact form that allows you to use your scheduler.

use the contact form for anyone who needs more “wining and dining” - contract required… payment plans etc.

Basically, HB gave us options :).

@Kelsey Homolka  you can’t embed lead forms currently, but I have a page on my site with buttons that link to the lead form. If you’re interested I’d be happy to hop on a call with you to show you how I have mine set up!
