Leads vs. Inquiry and their tags

The contacts that appear under our Inquiry on the progress bar has tags assigned. Am I right to assume these contacts are Leads?  I ask because when I access Leads under the Contact menu at the top, none of the tags are there. Thanks.

Hi @BloomWell Client Services,

Thanks for providing the screenshots. What you’re seeing are actually two different things.

The second screenshot are the projects (meaning your jobs) so those tags have been applied to those projects as a whole, not to individual clients or leads. These could be tags related to the project status, for example.

The first screenshot is from your contacts/leads, which can then be added as participants to projects. However,  you need to add tags to contacts separately as these will likely be different than projects, for example for client types.

So you’re not seeing the same thing in both places.

Here’s a help article with more details on how tags work:

Let me know if this helped provide more clarity.

Thanks,

Hi @BloomWell Client Services,

Kitzzy from the education team. Can you share screenshots of what you’re seeing in both places so I can make sure we’re looking at the same thing?

Thanks,

Kitzzy

Thanks for responding. I’ve attached two screenshots. As you can see, tags for Leads from the Contact List don’t appear as they do when I look at Leads from the Progress Bar.
