I was at a wedding on Saturday, and went into Honeybook to get details needed at a wedding. Instead of gaining access to what I needed, I was prompted to change my password. I had no options to do it at a later time. Do you know how INFURIATING it was to not be able to get access in the middle of a wedding? WHY would you do this!?! I’m still so mad that I’m considering going to a different company to manage my clients. I planned to contact Honeybook directly, but they don’t make it easy to do.
Has anyone else had this issue? Hey Honeybook, if I wanted to change my password, then I’ll change my F**k*ng password on my own! I don’t need you forcing me to do it at the worst time! You don’t think we access this during weddings to access shot lists, or to check the timelines? The bride and groom had to stand there and watch me as I went through the process to change my email.
