Mobile Image Upload Not Working

This topic has been closed so I can’t comment but it is not working for me. It will allow me to click upload but the images do not actually show up under the Project Files Tab. Where did they upload too? Trying to get images into a project file section via the Mobile App

i will try to reproduce it.

in the meantime, if you can, please reach out to support to create a support ticket.

they will instruct you how to record the screen using our own mechanism, which will attach logs for us to debug it in the backend.

i am tracking all mobile tickets, once it opens, i will check it out.

hi @Rebecca Cross , as i am unable to reproduce, can you please share with me which device you have and OS version?

also, can you please try again? could be one-time-thing with connectivity

I am on the iphone 16 Pro Max and running ios 18.0.1

 

It goes through all the motions and let’s me select an image within a project and then after the upload is complete I can’t see the image.  Shouldn’t it be visible right away in the files section. I refreshed project. Closed app and went back in and the image still wasn’t visible in the file section on the mobile app.

 

Later when I went to the desktop version it was there in the files but I still couldn’t see it on the mobile app version.
