+1I would love to see more templates for things like testimonials/reviews, off boarding, etc.
I have monthly recurring clients. When I start working with them, I like to ask for a review/testimonial that I can use in marketing, website, etc. I typically ask for this in the first 30-90 days depending on how quickly we start to see account wins. It would be great to send a simple file that collects their feedback and links to my Google business page so they can review me there.
