I’ve built an automation that I think is going to be pretty useful. Would love to hear your thoughts on how it might be improved or expanded upon.
Here is the overview.
I’m about to start using Formless.ai for my contact form. It's built by Typeform and essentially creates a custom chatbot trained on your data. Critically, it can also generate estimates for clients.
After the client submits their name, date, venue, etc. The system checks my google calendar to see if I’m available or not. If so, it creates a new Project in Honeybook.
Next, it creates a text message for me and for the client. It texts me an Ai produced summary of what they are looking for and it texts them my scheduling link
Next it creates a Google Slides presentation based on a template with all my information.
It then shares all data over to a google sheet that my SEM guy can look at to see the quality of leads that are coming in.
It then sends conversion data to Facebook Conversions
Finally, adds them to Flodesk to start a drip campaign
