Is there a way for a potential client to schedule a session on our calendar, but somehow not show that it’s “busy” when other potential clients look at our calendar? For context: We are a group of separate, independent contractors who work together on jobs (3 of us total.) One of us manages the HB bookings, but when a client books something on her calendar, it looks like the slot is “busy” when in reality, another of us could take on a client at that same time.
We don’t want to send clients millions of links to everyone’s calendar if possible. Wondering if HB can enable multiple bookings for the same time slot?
